With over five years of mission-critical experience, including expertise in medium-voltage (MV) terminations, BIM management, quality assurance/control, and project management, Juan plays a key role in delivering high-performance infrastructure.

With three years of hands-on electrical field experience and a CAPM certification, Juan is dedicated to ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in mission-critical environments.

With over 30 years of experience in the electrical construction trade, Donny has built his career from hands-on fieldwork to management through dedication, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

 

His background spans electrical systems layout, installation, estimating, and project management, with additional experience in fire alarm, BAS controls, commercial photovoltaic and building automation systems.

 

Known for his problem-solving skills and strong business relationships, Donny excels in meeting critical deadlines, managing budgets, and ensuring top-quality results with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.

With over 15 years of experience in the industrial sector, Miguel specializes in finance, project coordination, and construction safety.

 

Holding degrees in Public Accounting and Business Administration with a focus on production costs, he has been a strong advocate for employee rights and workplace safety since the start of his career.

 

After moving to the U.S., he dedicated himself to promoting a strong safety culture, earning OSHA 30, 510, 500, NFPA 70E, and most recently his STSC.
